Privacy Policy
How ThriveWell HR Consulting, LLC handles information shared through this website.
Effective date: September 27, 2026
ThriveWell HR Consulting, LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information You Choose to Share
You may provide information when you contact ThriveWell, submit Ask ThriveWell, suggest a resource, or use the Partner With Thrive Forward form. Depending on the form you use, this may include your name, business or organization name, email address, phone number, business or organization type, employee-count range, city and state, the HR topics, services, or community interests you select, and the details you choose to describe.
Ask ThriveWell
Ask ThriveWell is a guided HR intake form. Its submissions are stored in this website’s WordPress database through Fluent Forms so ThriveWell can review the request, understand the general need, identify a possible next step, and maintain an administrative record. The form may also store the preliminary service starting point generated from your selections.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, banking information, passwords, employee identification numbers, confidential employee records, or other highly sensitive information through the initial intake form. Submitting a form does not create a consultant-client relationship.
Suggest a Resource
The Suggest a Resource form collects the suggestion and any optional category, name, business name, or email address you choose to provide. You may select the anonymous option and leave identifying fields blank. Anonymous suggestions are still stored through Fluent Forms. Website and form software may also record limited technical details connected with a submission, such as the submission date, page or referring source, browser information, or IP address.
Do not include confidential employee, personal, medical, financial, or other sensitive information in a resource suggestion.
Partner With Thrive Forward
The Partner With Thrive Forward form is for partnership and community inquiries. It may collect information you voluntarily provide, including a contact name, organization, business, school, or community-group name, email address, phone number when provided, organization type, city and state, audience information, areas of interest, inquiry or proposal details, preferred contact method, and optional timeframe. These submissions are stored through this website’s WordPress and Fluent Forms environment so ThriveWell can review and respond to the inquiry and maintain an administrative record. Please keep descriptions general and do not include sensitive employee, medical, financial, identity, or confidential personnel information.
How Information Is Used
- Review and respond to questions, requests, and business inquiries.
- Understand requested HR topics and possible service needs.
- Improve ThriveWell resources, forms, website content, and services.
- Operate, maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the website.
- Maintain appropriate business, administrative, security, and legal records.
Website Technology, Cookies, and Logs
WordPress, the website theme, Fluent Forms, and related site tools use basic technology needed to display pages, process forms, support security, and maintain the website. WordPress may use cookies for site administration and logged-in users. The site’s hosting environment may also create routine server logs that include information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and date and time.
At the time this policy was updated, ThriveWell had not identified an active visitor analytics, advertising-pixel, or behavioral-tracking service on the site. If that changes, this policy should be reviewed and updated.
Service Providers and Site Tools
This website uses WordPress and Fluent Forms to operate pages and collect form submissions. Site backup tools may create copies of website records, including form entries, as part of normal backup and recovery. The website also loads font files from Google-hosted servers, which means a visitor’s browser may connect to Google when displaying those fonts. Service providers may process limited information as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
External Links and Downloadable Resources
The Resource Center links to government agencies and other external websites. Selecting an external link takes you to a site controlled by that organization, and its privacy practices apply. ThriveWell does not control or guarantee external website content.
ThriveWell PDF resources are hosted in the WordPress Media Library and can be opened without submitting a form, creating an account, making a payment, or scheduling an appointment. The website or hosting provider may record ordinary request logs when a file is accessed.
For information about permitted use of ThriveWell website content and downloadable resources, please see our Terms of Use.
How Long Information Is Kept
ThriveWell has not published one fixed retention period for every type of website information. Information is kept only as reasonably needed to review and respond to a request, operate the business, maintain appropriate records, protect the site, or meet legal and administrative obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period under the site’s backup cycle.
Security
ThriveWell uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect website information. No website, form, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This website does not currently provide a secure client portal for confidential document exchange, so sensitive client or employee files should not be sent through the public website forms.
Your Privacy Requests
You may contact ThriveWell to ask about personal information you submitted through the website or to request a correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, administrative, or recordkeeping reasons. ThriveWell may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children’s Privacy
Thrive Forward offers educational and workforce-readiness resources that teens and students may view or use. The business, consulting, partnership, and inquiry forms request information so ThriveWell can review and respond to submissions. ThriveWell does not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children through its public forms. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, sensitive employee or personnel records, medical or financial information, or other confidential information through any ordinary public form. If you have a question about information submitted by a child, contact ThriveWell using the details below.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated when website practices, forms, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
